Description of an artifact

Hook-shaped, made of a tree root, with brass edging at the ends. One is engraved. The drawing depicts the following: on the left, there is a woman in a striped skirt, jacket, with a pencil in her hand; on the right, there is a man in a frock coat, short pants, shoes, stockings, with a feather in his hands. On the top, there is a painting; on the bottom, there is an inscription, “1820.” Above it, in a triangle, two colonists are sitting facing each other and drinking from wine glasses.
