Description of an artifact

From homespun linen. One end is folded and hemmed; another is trimmed with red cotton. Along the field, a woven pattern of transverse red stripes in groups of eight. In between, there is a counted thread embroidery with thin woolen threads of yellow-brown, lilac and gray colors. Geometric ornament depicts stylized trees and human figures.
