Description of an artifact

In the form of a straight horizontal bench on two legs on one side, on the other, it is attached to a high round column in the center. The top of the column is pulled together with an iron hoop, and an iron prismatic anvil is mounted on top with a narrow edge up. A cotton rope is wound on the bench, along with two attached transverse rubber strips, to fix the scythe blade during the beating.
