Description of an artifact

Consists of two parts. The top is of light pink satin; the bottom is of gray homespun canvas. The neckline is round, the neck is gathered and trimmed with a roll, on the back there is a vertical slit-fastener with one button. Straight armholes, set-in sleeves, short, with gusset. Rectangular satin stripes are sewn under the shoulders from the inside; narrow wedge-shaped insets on the sides, widening the shirt downward.
