Description of an artifact

Made of dark green semi-woolen fabric with small vertical light green stripes. The cardigan is with a dicky; dicky is straight, short. Stand-up collar with asymmetric fastening that goes to the front. Lace is sewn under the collar in the form of a pentagon with its apex downwards, with 11 buttons covered with black fabric along its perimeter. Set-in sleeves, long and narrow, gathered along the edge, trimmed with a black cord along the bottom. The skirt is straight, narrow, with a slight fold at the waist, with a corsage tape. Fastening is on the side seam. The hemline is hemmed with a calico strip.
