Description of an artifact
White, hosiery knitting; welt is double-layered; with a scalloped bottom edge; heel is outside; leg, heel and cuff are of openwork. Pattern: at the top, there are three wide transverse stripes of three inclined columns in groups of three; at the bottom, there are longitudinal continuous stripes of wedge-shaped loops.
