Description of an artifact

Made of metal wire in the form of a half-arc, covered with corrugated white paper; woven-in clusters of paraffin beads, flowers and leaves made of corrugated pink and green paper; blown glass beads, strung on a thick cotton thread, and oblong sticks internally sprayed with silver paint.
