General description
In the collection of materials participated not only the members of the club, but also most of the residents of our village. There were collected objects of the distant past, which were brought by children, great-grandchildren and grandchildren of old residents, objects found by residents of the settlement in old houses and buildings.
The museum fund is still being replenished and currently has 215 items, including 50 documents. New exhibition expositions are regularly created. For example, ‘This is how they lived in the olden days...’ - is an exhibition that shows the life of the population that founded the settlement, in which the traditions and lifestyles of two peoples, Russian and German peasants, are merged.
The exhibition ‘We are from the USSR’ is of interest to all generations. Some are interested in remembering their youth, childhood, and some are interested in how their parents and grandparents lived when they were young.
‘Our Veterans’. The exposition tells about the exploits of the villagers, participants of the Great Patriotic War.
‘War Internationists’. This exposition contains a selection of materials about the life and exploits of school graduates who died in the performance of military duty in the Chechen Republic, in Afghanistan.
The museum regularly organises events for all age groups of the population, the most interesting of which is a sightseeing tour of the museum.

History and features
The museum was created in January 2011 in the village House of Culture of Kamensky settlement on the basis of the collection of the local history club (head Kursheva Natalia Veniaminovna).
