Description of an artifact

Consists of several parts: a wooden barrel for crushed ice and a cylinder with a tin rim for milk, handmade. Inside the cylinder, there is a mechanism made of a rod with blades; along the edges, there are rails with a hinge fastening to the rod. From above, there is a cover connected to the lever by a gear transmission. On the opposite side of the arm, there is a screw fastening. Other parts are missing. On the top of the lever, there is the hallmark “BLIZZARO”; under it, “2 OTS”.
